• We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, which is Cradle-to-Cradle certified. In the Continental US, all orders over $40 receive free shipping,. We ship all orders on the next business day, as long as items are in stock. Purchased items will be charged immediately to your method of payment.

Exchanges/Returns

• If, for any reason, you or your furry friend are not satisifed, a return or exchange can be processed within 30 days of order receipt. Your order confirmation number is required for all returns and exchanges.
